The Action Pro Trousers MK2 are new for 2025 and are even more advanced, stylish, and adaptable than their predecessors. A unique unisex cut has been developed for the Action Pro MK2 that flatters all body types, male or female. This new athleisure trouser offers unrivalled stretch, abrasion resistance, and impact protection while remaining discreet, and is now more breathable than ever. Designed to be worn on their own or under motorcycle jeans, they are certified to EN 17092 – 4:2020 Class A.

Made using Sorona® Agile from Dupont, a sustainable fabric that is an eco-efficient fibre partially made with plant-based polymers, the fabric features a subtle piquet texture, and high levels of strength, stretch, and stain resistance. This is paired with Knox’s four-way stretch mesh for unrivalled airflow and monochrome contour fabric for a sporty feel.

Now with two welded zip pockets on the thighs, the rider can store their belongings securely in an easily accessible place. The thigh and hip armour pockets are discreet and hidden on the inside, alongside a brand-new adjustable waistband, making the Action Pro Trousers MK2 suitable to be worn on their own, not just as an undergarment. Designed with much larger mesh panels for 2025, these trousers are more breathable than ever. A zip-entry at the ankles, complete with subtle branded mesh elastic, has been added for ease of access and makes gearing up a breeze. The reflective details on the calves are activated by light, ensuring the rider is always visible on the go.

A full set of low-profile and discreet new Micro-Lock Compact armour is included not only in the hips and knees but also on the thighs and coccyx. The Micro-Lock protectors are easily removable for garment washing. These protectors are the most progressive from Knox, offering advances in all key areas. They are up to 60% lighter, thinner, and more supple for all-day comfort, engineered to move easily with the body when riding and offering excellent form recovery. A patented Flex and Adapt side closure system opens and closes naturally, giving uninhibited movement and providing unbroken coverage to ensure the rider remains protected at all times.
